Privacy Policy

Information we handle

• Anonymous usage analytics. The App uses Google Analytics, which automatically records anonymous usage events such as when the App is opened, which screens are viewed, and how long a session lasts. These are tied to a randomly generated app-instance identifier, not to your name, email, or any personal identity. We use this only to understand which features people actually use.
• Purchases. Subscriptions and the one-time purchase are sold and processed entirely by the app store you installed the App from. We never receive or store your payment card details. The App only records whether a purchase is currently active so it can unlock premium features.
• Template and texture downloads. The App downloads its design catalogue and background textures from our content host so it can be updated without an app update. Like any web request, the host receives your device's IP address and standard request information. No identifier of yours is attached to those requests.

Your designs stay on your device

Everything you make in the App is stored and rendered on your own device. Designs you edit are never uploaded to us. When you export, the image is written straight to your device's gallery (DCIM/Sublimation Designer). When you print, the image is handed to the print service you choose on your device, whether that is a printer on your network, a printer manufacturer's plugin, or Android's built-in Save as PDF. It does not pass through us at any point.

What we do NOT do

• We do not show advertisements.
• We do not require an account, a sign in, or an email address.
• We do not access your camera, microphone, location, or contacts.
• We do not upload, store, or look at the designs you create.
• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Permissions the App asks for

• Internet and network state, to download templates and textures and to verify purchases.
• Billing, so the app store can process purchases.
• Storage, on Android 9 and older only, so exported images land in your gallery. Android 10 and newer need no storage permission at all.

Services we rely on

The App relies on a small number of third-party service providers, each of which handles only what it needs to do its job and each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics, for the anonymous usage measurement described above. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
• An app store and payment processor, which sells and processes purchases. Your payment details go to it, never to us.
• A content hosting provider, which delivers the design catalogue and the background textures. It receives your device's IP address as part of the download request, the same as any website you visit.

Data retention and deletion

Because there is no account, there is nothing tied to you personally to delete. Your designs and exports live on your device and are removed when you delete them or uninstall the App. To reset the anonymous analytics identifier, clear the App's storage in your device settings or uninstall the App. If you would like us to delete any data associated with your app-instance identifier, contact us at the email below and we will remove it.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

All network requests the App makes use encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
