Terms & Conditions

Sublimation Designer  •  Last updated: August 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Sublimation Designer mobile app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is a design studio for sublimation, heat-transfer and cutting-machine projects. It lets you open ready-made templates, edit text, artwork, colours and backgrounds, and export or print the result. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

2. What you may do with your designs

You own the designs you create. We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the templates, fonts, artwork and background textures included in the App as part of finished designs, including physical products you sell, such as shirts, tumblers, mugs, totes and caps. There is no separate commercial licence to buy and no limit on how many items you make.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or share the App's raw assets on their own. That means you may not sell or give away the template library, the individual fonts, stickers, patterns or background texture files, or repackage them into another app, bundle or design pack. The licence covers your finished artwork, not the parts it was assembled from.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

The App offers optional premium features through subscriptions and a one-time purchase, sold and processed by Google Play. Prices, billing cycles, and free-trial terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with its policies; we do not process payments directly.

4. Free features and limits

A large part of the App is free to use. Free exports are produced at a reduced proof resolution and carry a small badge; premium removes the badge and unlocks full-resolution export along with the premium templates, fonts, patterns and textures. We may change which features are free or premium, and adjust limits, from time to time.

5. Printing and cutting

When you print, the App hands your image to the print service you select on your own device, which may be a printer on your network, a printer manufacturer's plugin, or Android's built-in Save as PDF. We do not control that service. Colour, sizing, mirroring and material behaviour depend on your printer, ink, transfer paper, blank, heat press and cutting machine settings, and results will vary between setups. Always run a test print before a production run. Any printer, press or cutting-machine brands mentioned in the App or its store listing are named only to describe compatibility; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, template library, artwork and original content, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Except for the licence granted in section 2, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App. Bundled typefaces remain subject to their own open-source licences.

7. Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for what you put into your designs. Do not use the App to create material that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or other rights, or that is unlawful. If you add a logo, character, slogan or photograph you do not have the rights to, that is your responsibility, not ours.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited information the App handles.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App, including wasted materials, ink, transfer paper, blanks or press time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
